Associate Professor, Dr. Le Quoc Cuong, Deputy Head of the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park, said that the Smart City 2025 Competition is not only to seek creative ideas, but also to nurture the future, creating an innovative ecosystem with a strong Vietnamese character and international stature.

“This is a place where intelligence, passion and aspiration converge, where technology startups take off, students are inspired and trained to be citizens of a smart city in the future,” Associate Professor, Dr. Le Quoc Cuong emphasized.

The Smart City 2025 competition is divided into 2 groups: the high-tech startup project/enterprise group is a playground for startup groups to demonstrate their ideas, attract investment, and realize their technological dreams.

The student board with Drone Soccer is a "stage" for students to unleash their creativity, demonstrate team spirit, tactical intelligence, and the qualities needed for a generation of smart, globally integrated citizens.

In particular, at Smart City 2025, Ho Chi Minh City students have the opportunity to participate in the drone soccer race, a subject that teaches science and technology skills.

Thereby, aiming to search, discover, train and develop human resources for the aerospace technology industry, a field that has been included in the list of strategic technologies and strategic technology products according to Decision No. 1131/QD-TTg dated June 12, 2025 of the Prime Minister.
