The event aims to celebrate the 1st Congress of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term. The three projects include: Nhat Le coastal mixed-use urban area; Dong Hoi central mixed-use urban area and Le Ky river west mixed-use urban area, which are expected to mark a milestone for the new development cycle of the "dual heritage" land, affirming the aspiration of Quang Tri in its journey to become a new growth pole of the North Central region. At the same time, these are also the first projects of Sun Group Corporation in Quang Tri province.

On the local side, Quang Tri province commits to accompany and be ready to create the most favorable conditions for enterprises to implement projects in the area; relevant departments, branches and sectors consider this one of the urgent tasks, considering the success of investors as the common success of the province to actively and proactively coordinate and accompany investors to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, ensuring the implementation of projects on schedule.

The three projects are all located in central areas, the center of traffic coordinates, tourist coordinates: near the sea, near the river, urban center and the center of the "tourist triangle": Phong Nha - Ke Bang, Vung Chua - Yen Island and Nhat Le - Bao Ninh. In addition to the convenient location, the three projects also possess outstanding natural landscape advantages, which are the premise for developing Quang Tri tourism to a high level, including Quang Phu sand hill with its amazing natural landscape, contributing to regulating water and climate for the area; a chain of rivers and freshwater lakes near the project: Bau Tren Lake, Bau Duoi Lake, Bau Tro Lake or Le Ky River.

The project stretches along the Nhat Le coast, in the heart of Quang Phu sand dunes. Here, Sun Group will bring coordinates of entertainment, recreation, and relaxation associated with the "white sand paradise" of Quang Phu with experiences of adventure sports, art and relaxation like the famous "mini deserts" in Dubai (UAE).
Dong Hoi Central Mixed Urban Area has a scale of more than 212 hectares, with an investment of more than 11,900 billion VND, located in Dong Thuan and Dong Hoi wards, next to Bau Tro Lake, one of the largest natural freshwater lakes in Quang Tri. The project is designed to become a model of sustainable ecological urban areas in the locality with more than 60 hectares reserved for green areas such as theme parks, flower gardens, water landscapes...
The mixed-use urban area west of Le Ky River is being developed on a scale of more than 291 hectares, with an investment of nearly 13,900 billion VND in Dong Hoi ward and Quang Ninh commune.
