On the morning of March 29, Brigade 3, Navy Region 146 coordinated with Cam Lam District Party Committee, Khanh Hoa province to organize an information conference on seas and islands for more than 4 comrades and key officials; retired middle and senior officials; Party comrades; Commune and town officials and Youth Union officials of Cam Lam district.

Colonel Pham Van Tho, Political Commissar of the Brigade, informed officials and party members about the position, role, and importance of Vietnam's seas and islands; the recent situation of seas and islands and the core role of the Vietnam People's Navy in the task of protecting the sovereignty of seas, islands and the sacred continental shelf of the Fatherland.
In the coming time, Brigade 146 will continue to coordinate with the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to organize information about the sea and islands in localities of the province.
