Over 23,600m² of land allocated for the South Bau Mac residential area.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just decided to allocate 23,694.8 square meters of land to Da Nang - Central Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company to implement the South Bau Mac Residential Area project in Lien Chieu ward.

The project is divided into two areas; 14,147 m² is urban residential land allocated with land use fees and a long-term lease. The remaining 9,547.8 m² is green space, transportation land, and technical drainage land, allocated without land use fees. The land allocation was carried out through a bidding process to select an investor for the land-use project.

The People's Committee of Lien Chieu Ward is tasked with monitoring the implementation of the project's environmental protection plan. The local authorities are responsible for regularly inspecting the land use by Da Nang - Central Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company, ensuring compliance with the approved detailed planning, including the intended purpose, location, area, and location.

The City People's Committee also assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to determine specific land prices to serve as a basis for calculating land use fees. After finalizing the pricing plan, the department will organize the demarcation of boundaries and hand over the land to the enterprise.

Simultaneously, this unit must direct the City Land Registration Office to carry out the procedures for issuing land use right certificates, amending cadastral records, and updating land data. The issuance of certificates to investors can only proceed after all financial obligations have been fully fulfilled. The Da Nang City Tax Department is required to determine the amount of land use fees to be paid, provide guidance on deductible expenses if any, and issue notices for payment of related fees and charges.

From the business perspective, Da Nang - Central Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company must fulfill all financial obligations, including land use fees, charges, and other fees as stipulated. During the implementation process, the company must ensure economical and efficient land use, compliance with planning regulations, and protection of the environment and landscape of the area.
