Comprehensive cooperation

Since the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year, Ha Dong High School has signed cooperation and twinning agreements with three units: Mo Lao Ward Police Station (Ha Dong District), the New Recruit Training Battalion (361st Division), and Hong Duc High School (Phuc Tho District, Hanoi ).

Ha Dong High School has invested in modern and standardized equipment for every classroom.

At the end of September 2024, Ha Dong High School and the Mo Lao Ward Police (Ha Dong District) signed an agreement on a program to disseminate and educate the public on legal matters in schools. The program includes 10 topics, such as: legal education; building a nationwide movement to protect national security; protecting internal political security ; and protecting state secrets…

Both sides agreed to coordinate information exchange to ensure internal political security in the field of education and training, and to monitor incidents related to criminal offenses, violations of the law, traffic safety, and violations of regulations in the field of education and training.

The Mo Lao Ward Police are providing guidance, disseminating legal education , life skills, and crime prevention skills to students and teachers of Ha Dong High School to ensure they properly exercise their rights and obligations as stipulated by law regarding security and order, and to enhance the effectiveness of ensuring political security and social order.

The signing ceremony also emphasized strengthening coordination between the police force and Ha Dong High School in ensuring traffic safety and order around the school gate area, especially during peak hours.

At the end of October 2024, Ha Dong High School officially established a sister school relationship with the New Recruit Training Battalion, 361st Division, Air Defense and Air Force Command. This event opens up opportunities for cooperation and connection between the school and the military unit, contributing to raising awareness, fostering patriotism, solidarity, and unwavering determination among the younger generation.

To promote the "Schools Working Together for Development - Teachers Sharing Responsibilities" movement launched by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, on November 8th, Ha Dong High School organized a twinning program with Hong Duc High School (Phuc Tho District, Hanoi). This activity marks an important milestone in the journey of exchange, learning, and sustainable development between generations of students and teachers of the two schools; it is the foundation for future cooperation activities, contributing to the development of the education sector in the capital and the country.

The twinning program between Ha Dong High School and the New Recruit Training Battalion, 361st Division, helps students and teachers at the school raise awareness; strengthen education on patriotic traditions, national pride, and the fine traditions of the Vietnam People's Army.

Through collaborative activities, students have the opportunity to cultivate discipline, solidarity, a sense of responsibility, and self-reliance in their studies and lives; contributing to building a comprehensive educational environment, helping students develop knowledge and life skills, and providing them with more career choices and guidance, especially for those who aspire to join the armed forces.

The two units agreed that their fraternal activities would be practical, effective, safe, and appropriate for the age of the students and the actual conditions of both units. They would coordinate in disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations; focusing on the Education Law, the Military Service Law, the Militia and Self-Defense Law, and the Cybersecurity Law. Both sides would effectively implement national programs and initiatives to combat social evils, especially drug-related crimes, prostitution, gambling, and traffic safety. In addition, they would organize cultural, artistic, and sports exchanges between the two units on special occasions to enhance understanding, build solidarity and close ties, and promote and facilitate each other in fulfilling their assigned tasks.

To ensure effective coordination, the units will periodically summarize, evaluate, and draw lessons from the direction and implementation of twinning activities, and add new activities for the future.

Promoting the "Schools Working Together for Development - Teachers Sharing Responsibilities" movement launched by the Department of Education and Training is a strong commitment to encouraging schools to strengthen cooperation and support each other in professional work to improve the quality of education. The exchange and sharing activities between Ha Dong High School and Hong Duc High School will help both schools have a richer and more diverse learning environment.

Nguyen Tat Vinh, Principal of Ha Dong High School, emphasized: The 2018 general education program has many innovations; shifting from knowledge transmission to the formation and development of qualities and competencies for students. Therefore, in addition to professional activities, the two schools will jointly promote extracurricular activities, exchange programs, learning, and competency development for both teachers and students.

As one of the units participating in the cooperation agreement with Ha Dong High School, Lieutenant Colonel To Trung Dung, Deputy Head of Ha Dong District Police, highly appreciated the cooperation contents between the two units; and at the same time, stated that for the signed program to achieve high results, close coordination between the ward police forces and the school's management board and parents is necessary; proactively inspecting and controlling the entire program, ensuring the educational goals and objectives are met.

With a spirit of openness and a willingness to learn, through its partnership with other institutions, Ha Dong High School hopes that in the future, activities within the framework of cooperation will be vibrant, bringing valuable experiences to all parties; and at the same time, building meaningful and sustainable relationships, together unleashing potential, promoting collective strength, and constantly striving for mutual development.
