Meeting of the Task Force assisting in digital transformation within the Party.

On the afternoon of April 16th, the Task Force assisting the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation within the Party of Bac Ninh province held a meeting to assign tasks to its members. Comrade Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee, and Head of the Task Force, chaired the meeting.

Overview of the conference

In the first quarter, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued a Decision establishing the Steering Committee for the implementation of Resolution 57 of the Politburo ; Government Project 06; State administrative reform; and digital transformation within the Party. It also issued an Action Program and established a working group to assist the Steering Committee on digital transformation within the Party; assigned relevant agencies to review, amend, and supplement the province's mechanisms and policies related to the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in accordance with legal regulations and the province's actual conditions; and organized monitoring of implementation. It directed the restructuring of business processes; digitized records and documents; and continued to develop digital platforms, applications, and shared digital data.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huong Giang delivered a speech at the conference.

In her remarks at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Working Group, requested that the Party Committees and agencies under the Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies, the Fatherland Front , and the provincial political and social organizations strengthen the dissemination and understanding of the content and spirit of Resolution 57 and Decision 204 of the Party Central Committee approving the Digital Transformation Project in Party agencies to all cadres, Party members, and affiliated organizations. She urged them to closely follow the directives and guidelines of the Central Committees and agencies to ensure the implementation of the plan. She also called for a review, arrangement, and standardization of documents and operational procedures, and the digitization of documents and records within agencies and units. Strengthening the application of information technology and digital transformation within agencies, ensuring that all non-confidential documents are digitally signed and issued through the Provincial Party Committee's document sending and receiving system, and aiming for confidential documents to be sent and received within the Party's internal network using encryption solutions from the Government Cipher Committee.
