Accordingly, users can access CH Play (for Android operating systems) or the Apple Store app store (for iOS operating systems), search for, and download the "Fire Alarm 114" application. and proceed with the installation following the same steps as for a normal application.
Register or log in to the app.
Step 1: Launch the "Fire Alarm 114" app on your phone screen after installing the app.
Step 2: Proceed with registration/login using your VNeID electronic identification account (check the box and click confirm to share).

Detailed functions
* Function to call 114 via telecommunications line
Step 1: After successfully logging in and accessing the main interface.
Step 2: Tap the “Call 114” button in the middle of the screen.
Step 3: Contact the 114 hotline of the Fire Information Center as you would a normal phone call (note: only call to report a fire when a fire or explosion has occurred; false fire reports may be fined up to 15 million VND according to Government Decree No. 106/2025/ND-CP).
* Live video call function
Step 1: After successfully logging in and accessing the interface.
Step 2: Tap the “Live Video Call” button.
Step 3: Begin waiting for connection and communication with the 114 Fire Alarm Center.
Step 4: During the call, the environment may be noisy, making communication difficult. Users can choose to record a video of their current location while making the call to the 114 Fire Alarm Center to accurately pinpoint their trapped location or the location of the fire.
Step 5. End the call.

* Function to send "Firefighting, rescue, and relief requests"
Step 1: After successfully logging in and accessing the main interface.
Step 2: Tap the "Create Firefighting, Rescue, and Emergency Response Request" button.
Step 3: Take a photo or select the photo you want to send to the Fire Alarm Reporting Center 114.
Step 4: Fill in all the information on the form.
Step 5: Tap the submit feedback button and complete sending your request to the 114 Fire Alarm Center.
* View a list of past and ongoing incidents and incident details.
Step 1: After successfully logging in and accessing the main interface.
Step 2: Tap the “Fire Safety News” button.
Step 3: The first tab, “Incident List,” will include a list of incidents that have occurred, are currently occurring, and have been verified by the Fire Alarm Center.
Step 4: Users can view and detect incidents that are nearby, within a radius of < 5km, or all ongoing fires, explosions, accidents, and incidents.
Step 5: Filter by location if you want to see incidents occurring in a specific area.
Step 6: To view the details of an incident, tap on the incident you want to view and see the incident information on the screen, including: incident information, how many people have confirmed it, and your friends (you can quickly call them via phone).
* See "Fire Safety News"
Step 1: After successfully logging in and accessing the main interface.
Step 2: Tap the “Fire Safety News” button.
Step 3: The tabs that appear include: Fire Prevention and Rescue News; Research - Discussion; Community Guidance; Examples of Good Deeds; Fire Prevention Skills; Fire Prevention Knowledge.
Step 4: Users tap on the corresponding items to view the information according to their selection.
