Entering the Quang Binh specialty sweet potato market in 2018, Linh Hue sweet potatoes have gradually become a reputable and passionate brand of Ms. Truong Thi Hue in residential area 13, Dong Thuan ward. Through tireless efforts, in 2019, the Linh Hue sweet potato brand was recognized as a 3-star OCOP product. From a small, artisanal production facility, Linh Hue Co., Ltd. was established, expanding its production scale and building a distribution network in many major provinces and cities nationwide, such as Da Nang, Hanoi , and Ho Chi Minh City.
Ms. Truong Thi Hue, Deputy Director of Linh Hue Co., Ltd., shared: "With nearly 10 years of experience in producing the specialty chewy sweet potato, the expansion of the province will bring both advantages and disadvantages that will impact production and business. Therefore, the Linh Hue chewy sweet potato brand must adhere to traditional, family-inherited production methods, ensuring high quality, softness, chewiness, aroma, and deliciousness. The packaging must be modern, convenient, and hygienic, ensuring food safety, clear traceability, and suitability to customer preferences, especially tourists . Thanks to this, the company maintains a production scale of approximately 30 tons of fresh sweet potatoes per year, providing stable employment for 10 women."
