Borrowing money is becoming easier and easier. Borrowers even only need to have their ID card number or citizen card number, phone number, etc. to be able to borrow a large amount of money.
To check bad debt using ID card/CCCD, users can do one of the following ways.
Look up CIC's website on your computer
Step 1: Immediately visit the website cic.gov.vn to check bad debt here > Register an account by clicking Register in the top right corner.

Step 2: Enter all of your personal information to register for an account.
Enter complete information.
Step 3: Complete login by entering the OTP code sent to the phone number you used to register.
Enter OTP code.
Step 4: If approved, users only need to access CIC's homepage and select Report extraction on the menu bar, then log in with the corresponding account and follow the instructions to look up bad debt.
Look up via the CIC application on your phone
Step 1: Download the CIC Credit Connect application for your phone via the App Store or Google Play. Then sign up for a free account.

Step 2: Fill in personal information to authenticate your account, including full name and photo of ID card/CCCD.

Step 3: After completing the above steps, users must wait a few days for CIC to check and approve. The waiting time can last from 1 - 3 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Wait for the system to check and approve.
Step 4: Once approved, access the Report Exploitation section, then re-enter the OTP code (sent to the phone) to re-authenticate.
In addition, you can ask bank staff for your credit information during loan and installment procedures. Bank staff will help us check this issue.
