An Phu District is organizing a public consultation on the administrative unit reorganization plan.

On April 19th, the People's Committee of An Phu district organized a consultation with voters throughout the district regarding the plan for rearranging administrative units at the commune and provincial levels.

Long Binh town is conducting a survey based on the areas under its responsibility.

Voters were given thorough guidance and explanations regarding the process of providing feedback on the administrative unit reorganization plan.

Voters were very supportive and signed the minutes agreeing with the plan to reorganize administrative units.

After completing the procedures, the officer will collect the information of each voter.

According to the plan, An Phu district, which currently has 14 communes and towns, will be merged into 5 communes: An Phu, An Phu Dong, An Phu Tay, An Phu Nam, and Khanh Binh. Accordingly, the process of gathering voter opinions will be conducted by distributing ballots to household representatives. After receiving the ballots, voters will review and consider their opinions, marking them in the "agree" or "disagree" box, or providing other opinions…

Thanks to the diverse and flexible approach applied to each area within each neighborhood and each locality under their responsibility, as well as to groups of resident and temporary voters, the process of gathering voter opinions proceeded smoothly. The majority of voters agreed with the policy of reorganizing administrative units, demonstrating a sense of responsibility towards this important policy and decision for the development of their homeland and country.
