The Department of Overseas Labor Management ( Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs ) has just approved three more companies to prepare candidates for employment in Greece.
The three companies approved in this round are: VINACO International Human Resources Cooperation Joint Stock Company (VINACOHR); SNG International Trade Human Resources Joint Stock Company (SNG Manpower., Jsc); and Dong Duong International Human Resources Joint Stock Company (DONG DUONG IHR).
According to the announcement, the number of workers to be prepared for the supply contract is 150, aged 20-45. Of these, each company is to supply 50 workers.
The occupation in Greece is agriculture (planting and harvesting crops). The employment contract is for 2 years, with a working time of 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, and a basic salary of 803 EURO/month (over 20 million VND).
These businesses are being prepared under contracts signed with their partner, the Greek National Agricultural Cooperative Union (Etheas), to supply labor for employment at Aelia Berries Company in Greece.
Regarding vocational skills requirements, the three companies plan not to provide vocational skills training for workers but instead recruit agricultural workers who already possess the necessary knowledge, experience, and skills.
Regarding foreign language proficiency, the sending company will organize English training for workers who have little or no basic English skills, and will not charge workers tuition or accommodation fees during the course.
The funding preparation period runs from now until November 2023.

According to the Department of Overseas Labor Management, under this contract, the employer will pay for airfare from Vietnam to Greece and from Greece back to Vietnam after the completion of the labor contract.
The agency emphasized that the three companies mentioned above are not allowed to collect any money from workers before the labor supply contract is approved by the competent authority and the workers have signed a contract to work in Greece.
Previously, in July, the Department of Overseas Labor Management approved the first three companies to source labor for employment in Greece, including: CIP.CO Import-Export and Human Resources Supply Joint Stock Company (CIP.CO HR); BBC Group Investment & Trade Development Joint Stock Company (BBC Group., Jsc); and Viet Thang International Development Joint Stock Company (VTC Corp).
Thus far, six businesses have been authorized to recruit workers to supply to this market.
Workers can undergo preliminary selection at VINACOHR Company (Lot 19-20, Nui Long Urban Area, Dong Ve Ward, Thanh Hoa City); SNG Manpower., Jsc Company (No. 35 - Lot TT1, Thach Ban Housing Area, Thach Ban Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi ); Dong Duong IHR Company (No. 6, Me Tri Thuong Street, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi).
