Greece accepts more Vietnamese workers, basic salary over 20 million VND/month

The Department of Overseas Labor Management ( Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs ) has just approved 3 more businesses to prepare candidates to send to work in Greece.

The three enterprises approved this time include: VINACO International Human Resources Cooperation Joint Stock Company (VINACOHR); SNG International Trade Human Resources Joint Stock Company (SNG Manpower., Jsc) and Dong Duong International Human Resources Joint Stock Company (DONG DUONG IHR).

According to the announcement, the number of workers prepared for the supply contract is 150 people, aged 20-45. Of which, each company is provided with 50 workers.

The industry of work in Greece is agriculture (cultivation, harvesting of agricultural products). The term of the labor contract is 2 years, working time is 8 hours/day, 5 days/week with a basic salary of 803 EURO/month (more than 20 million VND).

These enterprises are prepared according to the contract signed with the partner Greek National Agricultural Cooperative Union (Etheas) to supply labor to work at Aelia Berries Company, Greece.

Regarding vocational skills requirements, the 3 companies plan not to organize vocational skills training for workers but to recruit agricultural workers who already have knowledge, experience and vocational skills.

Regarding foreign language proficiency, businesses that send workers to organize English training for workers who do not have or have basic English proficiency do not collect tuition or accommodation fees from workers during the course.

Source preparation time from now until November 2023.

The Department of Overseas Labor Management said that with this contract, the employer will pay for airfare from Vietnam to Greece and from Greece to Vietnam after completing the labor contract.

The agency emphasized that the three companies mentioned above are not allowed to collect any money from workers before the labor supply contract is approved by the competent authority and the workers have signed a contract to work in Greece.

Previously, in July, the Department of Overseas Labor Management approved the first three enterprises to create a labor source to supply workers to work in Greece, including: CIP.CO Import-Export and Human Resources Supply Joint Stock Company (CIP.CO HR); BBC Group Investment and Trade Development Joint Stock Company (BBC Group., Jsc) and Viet Thang International Development Joint Stock Company (VTC Corp).

Thus, up to now, there have been 6 businesses allowed to recruit workers to supply to work in this market.

Workers can apply for pre-employment at VINACOHR Company (Lot 19-20 Nui Long Urban Area, Dong Ve Ward, Thanh Hoa City); SNG Manpower., Jsc Company (No. 35 - Lot TT1, Thach Ban Residential Area, Thach Ban Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi ); Dong Duong IHR Company (No. 6, Me Tri Thuong Street, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi ).
