Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of the city Nguyen Dinh Vinh chaired the conference. Continue to promote the implementation of e-Government, towards digital Government in the whole industry, promote online public services to serve the people; digitize documents, certificates and diplomas stored in the digital environment, use electronic documents, electronic school records and grade books to replace paper documents and papers.

Deploying Education and Training Database. Completing synchronous network infrastructure, practical information technology equipment serving teaching and learning, gradually building smart classrooms, digital libraries, virtual laboratories, etc.
