Opening Ceremony of the Ninh Thuan Kiteboarding Tournament

As part of the cooperation program for the National Tourism Year “Binh Thuan - Green Convergence” between the two localities, the Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Open Kiteboarding Tournament 2023 was inaugurated on the morning of December 23rd in Ninh Hai district, Ninh Thuan province.

At the opening ceremony , Mr. Nguyen Long Bien - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ninh Thuan, and Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tam - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan .

Nearly 90 athletes from both Vietnam and abroad participated in the competition , including representatives from India, Canada, China, Germany, South Korea, Italy, Lithuania, the USA, Russia, France, Finland, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand, Switzerland, Sweden, Australia, Ukraine, and Vietnam . The competition took place from December 23-24 .

The 2023 Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Open Kiteboarding Tournament was organized by the Ninh Thuan Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Binh Thuan Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism . This sporting event also fostered connection within the signed agreement to jointly develop tourism in the two neighboring localities. Simultaneously, it provided a spiritual experience for tourists to enjoy a peaceful Christmas season while traveling in Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan.
