BTO-As part of the cooperation program during the National Tourism Year " Binh Thuan - Green Convergence" between the two localities, on the morning of December 23, the Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Open Kiteboarding Tournament 2023 opened in Ninh Hai district - Ninh Thuan.
At the opening ceremony , Mr. Nguyen Long Bien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa - Director of Ninh Thuan Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tam - Deputy Director of Binh Thuan Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism .
The tournament has nearly 90 domestic and foreign athletes : India, Canada, China, Germany, Korea, Italy, Lithuania, USA, Russia, France, Finland, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand, Switzerland, Sweden, Australia, Ukraine, Vietnam . The tournament takes place from December 23-24 .
The 2023 Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Kiteboarding Tournament is organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ninh Thuan in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan .
