The highlight of the Ho Chi Minh City Spring Flower Festival 2026 is the image of the horse mascot – symbolizing strength, perseverance, and the spirit of innovation. The Spring Flower Festival space is organized into several themed areas. At the Truong Dinh gate, the grand scene "The Horse Welcomes Spring" features a trio of horse mascots striding on stylized bamboo waves, hướng towards the nation's origins. The "Returning Home in Glory" art path is woven from fresh flowers and lanterns, symbolizing hope and enduring vitality. The central scenes "Shadows of the Horse in the Mountains and Rivers" and "Golden Apricot Blossoms for the King" with their multi-layered structure and horse symbols create a space signifying wealth and prosperity at the beginning of the year.
This year, the Ho Chi Minh City Spring Flower Festival continues to bring together many rare and exotic flowers and unique works of art from artisans across the country. Highlights include collections of new varieties of Cattleya and Dendrobium orchids; rare wild orchids; ancient azalea and bougainvillea bonsai; colorful artistic porcelain; distinctive yellow apricot blossoms; and exhibition areas showcasing driftwood, miniature landscapes, fruit trees, and ornamental plants. Particularly noteworthy is the evening parade and performance of international horse breeds, a new feature never before seen in previous Spring Flower Festivals.
