Opening Ceremony of the Innergy 2025 Leadership Summer Camp

DNO - On the morning of July 26th, at Quang Nam Academy International Bilingual School (Quang Phu Ward, Da Nang City), the Innergy Summer Camp 2025 (ISC 2025) officially opened with the participation of nearly 70 high school students from various localities in the city.

The event, organized by Youth+ Quang Nam – a unit of the non-profit educational organization Youth+ Community – marks the expansion of the organization's activities after nearly two years of operation in Hoi An.

The summer camp takes place over 4 days, including 2 days of online learning (July 24-25) and 2 days of in-person activities (July 26-27), focusing on developing fundamental leadership skills for students such as critical thinking, communication, teamwork, presentation skills, problem-solving, and practical problem-solving.

With a well-structured schedule, students not only experience a "simulated land management" model but also participate in debates, present ideas, and compete in public speaking competitions to win scholarships for a short-term study trip to Malaysia.

Ms. Pham Le Lam Vy - Head of the ISC 2025 Organizing Committee shared: "We hope that students will not view this as just an ordinary playground, but as a place to cultivate personal strength, develop leadership skills, and create a foundation for practical social projects in the future. The ISC 2025 summer camp does not award flashy prizes, but aims to awaken the spirit of global citizenship and social responsibility in each young person."

The program benefits from the expertise of many educational institutions, notably through online training sessions led by reputable young speakers such as Ms. Phan Quynh Mai - President of PISE, who represented Vietnam at the ASEAN-China-India Youth Leaders Summit, and Ms. Hoang Minh Dieu - a student at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), who was a TEDxTPC speaker.

In addition to skill-building activities, campers also experience physical exercises, discussions on social ethics, reflection activities (Reflection Circle), and practice presenting community project ideas, thereby developing their decision-making and collaborative abilities in a multi-faceted environment.
