Recently, due to extreme weather conditions, some localities in Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh provinces experienced thunderstorms and hailstorms, causing heavy damage to property and affecting people's lives, especially in mountainous communes of Nghe An province such as Tam Thai, Na Ngoi, and Muong Tip...
