Graduating as valedictorian of the 39th class of the Institute of Journalism (now the Institute of Journalism and Communication), Academy of Journalism and Communication, Nguyen Ba Khai decided to return to his hometown and take on the role of Chairman of the Young Theorists and Communicators Club of Ha Long City ( Quang Ninh ). At the club, he and his teammates launched the podcast "Youth Telling Stories about Uncle Ho".

From July 2024 to the present, the column has published 8 issues with different themes. The column presents insightful stories about the thoughts, ethics, lifestyle, and work of President Ho Chi Minh through the lens of the younger generation. Beyond simply telling stories, the column also conveys meaningful messages, draws valuable lessons, and thereby inspires young people, children, and young Party members to learn from and emulate Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, ethics, and style.

Sharing about this project, Khai said: "Over the past time, the segment has received a positive response from youth union branches, youth union officials, union members, and young people in the city, attracting more than 100,000 listens and interactions on the Ha Long Youth fanpage."

In the near future, Khai said, the club will promote multi-channel, multi-platform broadcasting on specialized podcasting applications, aiming to expand its reach to a wider audience, not just limited to young people in Ha Long City.

From his high school years, Nguyen Ba Khai not only achieved excellent academic results but also showed early signs of leadership by actively participating in Youth Union activities, charitable work, and environmental protection movements. His persistent efforts helped him become one of the first students to be admitted to the Party while still in school, at the Cam Pha High School Party Committee.

Upon entering university at the Academy of Journalism and Communication, Nguyen Ba Khai continued to demonstrate his capabilities and acumen by consistently taking on important roles in student activities and dedicating himself to meaningful community projects. In 2021, he was elected Chairman of the Young Media Club of the Academy of Journalism and Communication.

Nguyen Ba Khai participated in relief efforts following Typhoon No. 3 ( Yagi ) in 2024.

Under Khai's leadership, the club has made groundbreaking progress, implementing a series of impressive media projects, such as propaganda campaigns on protecting the Party's ideological foundation and combating false and hostile viewpoints on the internet. Products such as podcasts, infographics, and short videos created by Khai and his colleagues have reached tens of thousands of views, spreading positive values ​​to the community.

Not stopping there, Nguyen Ba Khai also made a strong mark in the field of political commentary by participating in writing competitions on protecting the Party's ideological foundation. Since 2021, he has excellently won more than 20 awards in political commentary competitions on protecting the Party's ideological foundation at various levels, including two National Promising Award prizes.

Nguyen Ba Khai has just been elected to the Executive Committee of the Party Branch of the Ha Long City Party Committee Office, becoming the youngest Party Committee member in the Ha Long City Party Committee Office Party Committee. He is proving himself through his efforts and unwavering dedication. With a solid foundation of knowledge, a creative spirit, and a high sense of responsibility, Nguyen Ba Khai is gradually transforming ideas into practical actions, contributing to spreading positive values ​​to the community.

Nguyen Ba Khai's journey is not simply the story of a young person eager to prove himself, but also a vivid testament to the innovative spirit, determination, and courage of the younger generation in the face of increasingly demanding requirements in leadership and management.
