The pale pink color of Toan Luu peach blossoms is not vibrant or ostentatious, but the more you look at them, the warmer they feel.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thi's family (Toan Luu commune, Ha Tinh province) currently has over 200 meticulously cared-for peach trees. Ms. Thi shared: "Although heavily affected by two major storms this year, thanks to our diligent and hardworking hands, the peach blossoms still bloomed at the right time. Seeing the peach blossoms bloom, I feel that Tet (Lunar New Year) is also more prosperous."

The local government always accompanies and supports the people in caring for the trees, aiming to develop peach blossoms into a characteristic product of the locality."

This year, the price of peach blossom trees in Toan Luu ranges from about 700,000 VND to over 2 million VND per tree, depending on shape and age. The trees are currently in bloom, budding, and sprouting, making them ideal for decorating during the Lunar New Year. Mr. Nguyen Chi Cuong (Thanh Sen ward, Ha Tinh province) said: “As usual, every Tet holiday we come to Toan Luu to choose peach blossom trees. Not too flashy, not elaborate, we like the peach blossoms here because of their natural, simple beauty, as close and familiar as the people of Ha Tinh themselves.”
