The place he works at is called Tastee Freeze . He adds that while the food isn't great, it's the only fast food place there. On weekends, his customers include his classmates.

“They would come and make fun of me because I worked at a burger joint. You had to wear a little hat. I wore an apron. I made about $1.10 an hour.”

The Apple chief also revealed that he was forced to work full-time while studying for his MBA at Duke University. “I worked all day and went to school at night because that was the only way I could afford to go to Duke.”

However, he does not regret having to study and work from childhood to adulthood.

“It was a wonderful time. My life was a wonderful time,” he concluded.

Experience and experience have helped him get to where he is today. After 12 years of dedication at IBM, he was invited to work by the late Apple founder Steve Jobs in 1998. The rest is history: he is one of the highest paid CEOs in the US today. Last year, he received $74.6 million.

Tim Cook was born in 1960 in Mobile, Alabama, and then moved with his family to Robertsdale. He came from a very humble background, coming from a rural area. However, he says, things were good, there was love, and everyone knew each other.

His mother worked in a pharmacy, and his father worked the second shift at the shipyard, so he was rarely home in the evenings.
