People working in digital transformation are supported with an additional 5 million VND/month.

From August 15, cadres, civil servants and public employees holding specialized positions in information technology management or information technology (including: information technology industry or digital technology industry, digital technology, information technology application, digital transformation); network information security or information security, network security; electronic transactions and other positions related to digital transformation issued by competent authorities in agencies of the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front (including socio-political organizations) from the central to commune level will receive a support level of 5 million VND/month.

This support level is paid with the monthly salary and is not used to calculate social insurance and health insurance contributions and benefits.
