Tac Mnga village (Ea Ning commune) has 104 households, with 532 people, of which ethnic minorities account for 98%. The whole village has 18 poor households and 5 near-poor households. Ms. H'Moi Nie, Head of the village and Secretary of the Tac Mnga village Party Cell, said that to help people understand correctly and fully the multidimensional poverty standards as well as the criteria to achieve to escape poverty sustainably, the village Self-management Board regularly visits each household to patiently explain the rights and responsibilities of the people, and warn about the risks of falling back into poverty. Thanks to that, people's awareness has changed significantly; many households have proactively learned about policies and boldly registered to participate in livelihood support programs.

In parallel, many vocational training and technical training courses are organized under the motto of "holding hands and showing work", agricultural extension officers guide from the stage of selecting seeds, caring for crops and livestock to disease prevention. At the same time, 100% of poor and near-poor households have access to low-interest capital from the Social Policy Bank to invest in expanding production and livestock areas.
Typically, the cow breeding project has become an economic support for many people in Tac M'nga village when more than 30 breeding cows were provided to the village, helping poor households have more livelihoods. The Ea Ning Commune Farmers' Association also cooperated with seed suppliers to support people in purchasing quality coffee seeds at preferential prices.
In addition to livelihood support, the locality also focuses on improving the material and spiritual life of the people. In 2024, the Ministry of Public Security supported the construction of 8 houses in the hamlet, helping disadvantaged households stabilize their housing and feel secure in production. At the same time, the commune promoted the application of digital technology, guiding people to use public services, look up support policies and access loan packages in a more convenient and transparent manner.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Vien, Head of the Economic Department of Ea Ning Commune, said that Ea Ning Commune currently has 32 villages and hamlets with 34,000 people and 17 ethnic groups living together, the lives of ethnic minorities in the hamlets are still difficult. Faced with this situation, Ea Ning Commune always focuses on propaganda work on policies and poverty reduction programs; maximizes information channels to fully and promptly convey good models and effective methods. The use of local electronic information pages, Facebook and Zalo has helped people access information faster and more accurately.
| Identifying information poverty reduction as one of the important pillars to promote sustainable poverty reduction, in the coming time, Ea Ning commune will continue to improve the grassroots communication system, expand internet coverage and increase community digital technology access points. In addition, village and hamlet cadres will be trained in communication and digital skills to guide people to access official information and limit misinformation. |
