Building infrastructure to meet new development requirements in Phu Xuan

The Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Phu Xuan Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, has set out a number of key tasks and solutions. In particular, priority is given to investing in building infrastructure such as: the main traffic system for the commune (from the new administrative center connecting the old Ea Dăh and old Ea Púk communes) and the roads connecting to the main roads to create the most favorable conditions for people to travel; coordinate with all levels to attract investment to form industrial clusters for businesses to invest; invest in building wholesale markets and logistics areas for business, connection, and transit of goods and products from communes in Phu Yen (old) to communes in Dak Lak (old) and vice versa...

The working headquarters of the People's Council and People's Committee of the commune with a scale of 3 floors is being urgently built.

Currently, the working headquarters of the People's Council and People's Committee of the commune with a scale of 3 floors, a usable area of nearly 750 m2, with a total investment of more than 13.6 billion VND is being urgently built, expected to be put into use in early 2026 to create favorable conditions for cadres, civil servants and public employees in work, living, handling administrative procedures, and serving the people better.

In 2025, implementing the National Target Program on Socio -Economic Development for Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas, the commune was allocated more than VND 8 billion from the state budget to implement projects. From the allocated capital, the commune has invested in the maintenance of 5 rural roads and 1 school with a cost of nearly VND 4.5 billion. For example, the rural road connecting Xuan Ha 3 - Xuan Ha 2 village is about 500m long, with a cost of VND 750 million; the Giang Dien village road is 612m long, with a cost of VND 400 million, which was just started in November and is expected to be completed before December 31, 2025.

In particular, according to the planning of Dak Lak province for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1747/QD-TTg, dated December 30, 2023, Krong Nang Industrial Cluster (Phu Xuan commune) is included in the province's industrial cluster development plan. The industrial cluster infrastructure has an area of 75 hectares, with an expected total investment capital of 170 billion VND.

According to Chairman of the People's Committee of Phan Tien Thanh Commune, after merging with Ea Dah and Ea Puk Communes, Phu Xuan Commune has favorable land and climate conditions for agricultural production, providing raw materials for export and agricultural processing industry. However, currently, there are no industrial clusters or industrial zones built in the commune to meet the needs of concentrated, large-scale industrial production, increasing the value of local agricultural products.

A traffic route in the commune is being upgraded and repaired.

“Investment projects in industrial clusters will create opportunities for large-scale, modern production and business establishments to develop; effectively exploit local potential advantages; help improve quality and increase competitiveness for agricultural products produced in the commune; create momentum for socio-economic development, contribute to shifting the economic structure in a progressive direction, solve employment needs, increase income for local people and create revenue for the state budget,” Mr. Phan Tien Thanh shared.

Investing resources to build essential infrastructure works is extremely important, creating a clear change in people's lives, especially in ethnic minority areas, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, consolidating the great national unity bloc and maintaining political security, social order and safety in the area. In the coming time, Phu Xuan commune will continue to direct strongly, strengthen coordination between agencies and units; at the same time, strengthen inspection, supervision, promptly remove obstacles, ensure the implementation of projects and programs is carried out synchronously, effectively and sustainably.
