Opening of training course to improve capacity in career counseling and support startups in disadvantaged areas. |
As planned, the training program is organized into 6 classes, each class has more than 70 students, taking place from November 28 to December 14, 2025 with the participation of a team of lecturers and experienced experts in the fields of career guidance, entrepreneurship and education in disadvantaged areas.
Training content: Overview of the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction; policies on career guidance, employment and start-up support; career counseling skills; start-up education based on local strengths; practice in building career guidance and start-up plans.
At the end of the training course, each trainee will complete a proposal for local implementation including: Problem to be solved; solution/product; beneficiaries; local resources; educational and economic value; student participation plan; impact index...
The training program aims to raise awareness and responsibility of the education sector in implementing the goal of sustainable poverty reduction; at the same time, providing knowledge, career counseling skills, employment and start-up support for management staff and teachers of general schools in poor districts (formerly) and especially disadvantaged communes of Tuyen Quang province.
The training also equips people with consulting skills based on local strengths, contributing to the formation of a network of core teachers to spread career guidance and entrepreneurship activities in schools and among the young generation, students and local people.
