The Sa Phin local product exhibition house consists of 4 kiosks arranged in a continuous and harmonious manner in the overall architecture and tourist landscape of the area. The booths are designed in the traditional style of the Mong people, using mainly local wood materials combined with yin-yang tiled roofs to recreate the typical cultural space, while ensuring durability and aesthetics. Each booth has a standard size of 3.2m wide, 5m deep and 4.1m high, providing enough space to arrange display shelves, experience areas and product introductions. Some local products will be displayed here such as: mint honey, white linen brocade, Lao Xa silver, specialized vegetables and seasonal products.

The investment in building the OCOP and local product exhibition house in Lung Cam Tren village not only creates a concentrated exhibition space, convenient for visitors to access, but also affirms the determination of the Party Committee and the commune government in developing trade - services, promoting the local economy associated with preserving traditional culture. The exhibition house is the connection point between people's products and the market, between cultural identity and community tourism; at the same time, it contributes to increasing income, improving people's lives, creating new momentum for the socio-economic development of Sa Phin commune in the new period.
