Thanks to the closeness and perseverance of a prestigious person like Mr. Y Bep, along with the exemplary role of his own family, the organization of funerals in Yong B village has changed. The rituals have been simplified, neater, more civilized but still maintain solemnity and respect.

Not only pioneering in eliminating bad customs, prestigious people are also important nuclei, accompanying people to develop the economy, maintain security and order, and build community solidarity. In Kroa B village, Mr. Y Bran Adrông always accompanies and listens to people's opinions and wishes to mobilize them to find ways to diversify suitable crops and livestock, and increase income. He is also an active propagandist, bringing the Party and State's policies and guidelines into life, making compliance with legal regulations a habit in all community activities. He regularly meets and advises young people in the village to obey the law when participating in traffic, not to speed, not to overtake recklessly, and to absolutely stay away from drugs and social evils...

Mr. Nguyen Tien Truong, Vice Chairman of Cuor Dang Commune People's Committee, assessed that the local prestigious people are the core force in building the great national unity bloc. The commune always creates the best conditions for prestigious people to participate in political and social activities, listening to their opinions before issuing decisions related to the ethnic minority community. To maximize the role of this force, the commune government often organizes meetings, training to improve skills and promptly encourages and rewards prestigious people with outstanding achievements.
