Early this morning, Apple launched a series of new products, such as the new generation Macbook Air with a 15-inch screen, and the new generation Mac Studio. Notably, Apple also officially launched the Apple Vision Pro virtual reality headset.
Mr. Nguyen Lac Huy, representative of the CellphoneS chain of stores, said: The most anticipated product from Apple is the new generation Macbook Air, using the Apple M2 chipset and, for the first time, equipped with a large screen of up to 15.3 inches.

The 15-inch MacBook Air is the first MacBook Air in history to have a large screen, following Apple's previous releases of the 11-inch and 13-inch MacBook Airs.
Mr. Huy analyzed: Thanks to being equipped with the M2 chipset, the new generation Macbook Air has performance similar to the previous Macbook Pro M2 series. In addition, the larger screen will be a good support for general users who are not too specialized in graphics.
"For the average user, the 16-inch Macbook Pro is quite heavy and overkill in terms of performance. Therefore, the 15-inch Macbook Air is more suitable for this customer segment," Mr. Huy said.
According to Apple's announcement, this Macbook Air model is priced at $1,299. In Vietnam, retailers predict that the 15-inch Macbook Air will be priced similarly to the 13-inch Macbook Pro M2 at launch, and about 1.5 million VND higher than the current price. The estimated price would be around 32.99 million VND per unit.
The second product launched this morning is the Mac Studio. According to Apple, this year's Mac Studio model retains the same price as its predecessor, at approximately $1,999, which in Vietnam could be around 54.99 million VND.
The only upgrade to the Mac Studio model is the M2 chipset, increasing the number of GPUs/CPUs and supporting up to 192GB of RAM compared to 124GB in the previous generation.
"We expect the product to remain well-received by customers, as the M1 studio has previously had a steady sales rate in Vietnam," Mr. Huy said.

The biggest surprise at this morning's product launch was the Apple Vision Pro augmented reality headset. Apple's AR headset blends the real world with the virtual world, a completely new way for people to interact with each other and with the digital world, according to Apple.
However, this Apple product is not cheap. Apple announced the Apple Vision Pro at a price of up to $3,499. Some retailers in Vietnam also expect to sell this product for up to nearly 90 million VND. With such a high price, retailers do not expect too much from the sales of the Apple Vision Pro.
