Formation and development process

Phu Loc Secondary School is located in Phu Loc commune, Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa province, formerly Phu Loc Secondary School, established in 1959. In 1976, it merged with Phu Loc Primary School to form Phu Loc Secondary School.

On September 1, 1992, Phu Loc Secondary School was separated from Phu Loc Secondary School and officially renamed Phu Loc Secondary School from September 1, 1993.

Currently, the total number of staff, teachers and employees of the school is 20 people, including 2 managers, 16 teachers directly teaching in the classroom and 2 administrative staff, structured in 2 professional groups and 1 office group.

Phu Loc Secondary School has a Party cell with 19 members, accounting for 95% of the total number of teachers and staff, always completing and excelling in their tasks. The Trade Union has 20 members; the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union has 317 members and has been commended by superiors for many years.

In addition, the graduation rate of 9th graders is always 100% every year. The number of students registering for the 10th grade high school entrance exam is over 90%. In addition, excellent students at the district and provincial levels have always achieved high results, ranking 2nd in the district for 7 consecutive years.

In the 2023-2024 school year alone, the school won 4 provincial-level excellent student awards (1 third prize and 3 consolation prizes) and 36 district-level excellent student awards in class cultural subjects (1 first prize, 8 second prizes, 16 third prizes and 11 consolation prizes), ranking 2nd in Hau Loc district.

It is known that up to now, Phu Loc Secondary School has trained 2 excellent teachers at Thanh Hoa province level and 5 excellent teachers at Hau Loc district level.

According to statistics, in the past 5 school years, Phu Loc Secondary School has 44 innovative experiences classified at the school level, 20 classified at the district level and 4 classified at the Thanh Hoa provincial level.
