The project involves the construction of commercial housing and mixed-use service facilities in the Lao Cai - Cam Duong new urban area, with a highlight being the 45-story tower that will be the tallest in Northwest Vietnam.

Spanning nearly 7.7 hectares across the Bac Cuong and Nam Cuong wards, the project will include two 17-story mixed-use apartment and commercial buildings, a 45-story mixed-use building, 115 shophouses, and 32 townhouses with a maximum height of 5 stories. With a total investment exceeding 4,000 billion VND, the project is considered a modern, multi-functional commercial, service, and residential complex, the largest of its kind in Lao Cai province and the Northwest region today.

Inspired by the winding Red River, originating in Lao Cai, the northernmost point of Vietnam, the investor commissioned a foreign consulting firm to comprehensively implement design plans, aiming to create a "Lao Cai - Cam Duong New Urban Area, the River of Life" .

Drawing inspiration from the flow of life, combined with terraced rice fields and the cultural values ​​of the Northwest mountains and forests, the project will create a unique architectural complex that will be an iconic landmark of Lao Cai city, with the highlight being a 45-story mixed-use building, the tallest in the Northwest region.

Furthermore, by integrating modern amenities such as shopping malls, event centers, cinemas, swimming pools, luxury hotels, and many other international-standard facilities, the project will meet the increasingly high quality of life demands of the people of Lao Cai city, promoting the socio -economic development of the locality.

Alongside the foreign consulting firm, Delta Construction Group – a company with nearly 30 years of experience proven through a series of high-class projects – has been entrusted by T&T Group to be the general contractor for this key project.

The project is being implemented in phases:  

Phase 1: October 2022, will be completed and put into operation.  

Phase 2: In October 2024, T&T Group and its contractors will complete and put the entire project into operation.

The overall goal of the project is to become a model city, a service urban center serving the people of Lao Cai city, and a destination that attracts a large number of domestic and international tourists.
