Scholarships are awarded to students who overcome difficulties and excel academically.

Currently, there are 7,338 children in Kim Tra ward. Over the past period, the ward has implemented many practical activities to support children, especially those in difficult circumstances, contributing to creating conditions for them to study, play, and develop comprehensively.

“Besides the attention from all levels, sectors, families, and society as a whole, children today are facing many risks such as school violence, injuries, child abuse, and risks in the online environment. Through the theme “Happy, Safe, and Steadfast Children in the Digital Age,” the locality calls for the joint efforts of the whole society in building a safe and healthy living environment so that children can develop comprehensively in terms of physical, mental, and digital skills,” said Mr. Mai Van Xuan, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Kim Tra Ward.

On this occasion, the organizing committee presented 10 gifts to underprivileged but academically excellent students of Huong Chu No. 2 Primary School, with a total value of 5 million VND, contributing to motivating and encouraging their learning spirit before entering the summer vacation.
