21st (Special) Session

BTO - On the afternoon of March 18th, the Office of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies and the Provincial People's Council held a press conference to provide information on the content and program of the 21st (special) session of the 11th Provincial People's Council. Attending the press conference were leaders and reporters from local media agencies and resident journalists in the province.

At the press conference, Mr. Huynh Van Hung – Deputy Chief of the Office of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies and the Provincial People's Council – announced that the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council has decided to convene the 21st (special) session on the morning of March 22, 2024, at Hall B - Provincial Conference Center. Accordingly, at this session, the Provincial People's Council will focus on considering and deciding on the contents submitted by the Provincial People's Committee to issue resolutions on: approving the general planning task for the construction of the Co Thach - Binh Thanh tourist area in Tuy Phong district; approving the general planning task for the construction of the Tan Thuan - Tan Thanh coastal tourist area in Ham Thuan Nam district; and approving the general planning task for the construction of the Tan Thang - Thang Hai coastal tourist area in Ham Tan district.

The Provincial People's Council also considered and issued resolutions on the allocation of central government budget investment capital for development in 2024 to implement the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction in the province; approved the issuance of land price adjustment coefficients in the province for 2024; and repealed resolutions of the Provincial People's Council.
