President Ho Chi Minh once advised: "The task of a journalist is important and glorious. To fulfill that task well, one must strive to study politics , raise one's ideology, improve one's cultural level, and delve deeply into one's profession..." For journalist Ngoc Man, each day of journalism is a day of striving in fulfilling her mission.

Journalist Ngoc Man, who has spent many years working in the fields of Party building and healthcare , is determined to uphold the spirit of self-improvement in ethics, work style, and civic duty as a journalist.
