Mr. Karthik Rammohan said Lam Research is aiming to expand its operations and diversify its supply chain in Asia. In Vietnam, this group plans to cooperate with Seojin to develop factories and supply chains in phase 1 with a capital of 1-2 billion USD. The advantage is that Seojin has factories in Bac Ninh and Bac Giang.
After phase 1, the group can invest directly to expand operations in Vietnam. To do this, Mr. Rammohan wants to participate in programs and learn about investment incentive policies and initiatives, thereby creating a supply chain for the semiconductor industry in Vietnam.
