The program is organized to create a space for interaction and dialogue between authors and readers, while also spreading the humanistic and academic values from the works to the community.
"Nobel Prize-Winning Women Writers - Living and Writing" is a profound and inspiring study that portrays the lives of 18 female authors who have been honored with the Nobel Prize in Literature. Beyond celebrating their talent, the book opens a journey of discovery into their spiritual lives, creative thinking, and enduring contributions to world literature.
Beyond its literary, intellectual, and philosophical value, this work also helps researchers gain a deeper understanding of writers, providing each author with a comprehensive portrait of their work and the process of winning the Nobel Prize.

The 600-page book is structured into three distinct sections. The first section provides an overview of Alfred Nobel, the Nobel Prize, and the journeys of female writers in winning the award; the second section introduces nine prominent female writers of the 20th century; and the third section continues to portray nine outstanding figures of the 21st century, representing contemporary creative trends and issues in literature.
During the exchange, author Bui Xuan shared about the research and compilation process, as well as the inspiration behind the book.
According to him, accessing and introducing world literary values to Vietnamese readers is not only an academic activity but also a cultural bridge, contributing to nurturing the thinking and emotions of the younger generation.

Commenting on the book's value, Mr. Nguyen Nho Khiem, Chairman of the Union of Literature and Arts Associations of Da Nang City, said: "The work 'Nobel Prize-Winning Women Writers - Living and Writing' is like a specialized dictionary about prominent female writers around the world who have won the Nobel Prize."
We need a broader vision, to look more globally in order to absorb the best of the world and enrich Vietnam's literary life.

The program opens up a space for sincere and open exchange, allowing a large number of readers, including students studying literature and journalism, to directly ask questions and share their thoughts on reading and writing in the modern context. Through this, it contributes to fostering a love of literature, promoting a reading culture, and affirming the role of books as a space connecting knowledge and the soul.
