Ms. Mai Nguyen Tuyet Hoa, First Secretary of the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia, emphasized that bringing textbooks and curricula from the Vietnam Education Publishing House into cultural centers will greatly support the teaching and learning of the Vietnamese language, contribute to maintaining cultural identity for the younger generation of overseas Vietnamese, and introduce it to Russian friends.

Representing Herzen University, Vice-Rector Alexander Streltsov affirmed: "Receiving the 'Vietnamese Book Collection' from the Vietnam Education Publishing House is an important event, part of a series of activities commemorating the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Russia and Vietnam. Since its opening (July 2025), the Russian-Vietnamese Cultural Center has become an ideal meeting place, and this cooperation further strengthens the university's position as a bridge for knowledge."

Spreading cultural and educational values.

Following the handover ceremony, the "Vietnam Book Collection," sponsored by the Vietnam Education Publishing House, will be put into use to serve students, lecturers, and researchers on Vietnam in Russia. Students from universities such as Herzen, the Russian People's Friendship University (RUDN), and the Russian National Economic University (HSE) have had immediate access to these high-quality books.

This event is part of Vietnam Education Publishing House's long-term strategy to affirm its position not only as a domestic publisher but also as a reputable international partner in the field of education and publishing, contributing to further expanding the "brand" of Vietnamese knowledge in the world.

Beyond just the pages of books, the "Vietnamese Book Collection" of the Vietnam Education Publishing House, present at Herzen, is a vibrant symbol of Vietnam's aspiration for intellectual advancement. In the context of Vietnam-Russia relations entering their most profound and comprehensive phase, the proactive entry of a leading Vietnamese educational publishing house into the international arena, carrying the "soul" of the nation through every word, sends a powerful message: Vietnamese education not only integrates but also knows how to spread its influence .

With collaborative agreements and the impressive start of the "Vietnamese Language Book Collection," Vietnam Education Publishing House is gradually asserting its position not only as an "extension" of the domestic education sector, but also as a true cultural and educational ambassador on the world map. And perhaps, it won't be long before more "Vietnamese Language Book Collections" open in many places around the world.
