On the afternoon of March 4th, a press conference was held in Hanoi regarding the cultural exchange and performance program on intangible cultural heritage with the theme "Linh Lang - Sacred Spirit Convergence - Long Bien Shines Brightly". The program will take place at 8:10 PM on March 8th, 2025, at the Truong Lam Temple and Pagoda Complex, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi.
According to the Genealogy compiled by the Academician Nguyen Binh in 1572, the Holy Spirit Lang Dai Vuong was Prince Hoang Lang, son of King Ly Thanh Tong and Queen Hao Nuong. He made significant contributions to defeating the Song invaders in the late 11th century. To commemorate his services, the king bestowed upon him the title "Linh Lang Dai Vuong Thuong Dang Phuc Than" (Supreme Blessed Deity of Linh Lang Dai Vuong) and ordered the construction of a temple on Long Thu Hill, now known as Voi Phuc Temple, for his worship. Many other places throughout Vietnam also have temples dedicated to him.
The program "Linh Lang - Sacred Spirits Converge - Long Bien Shines" is organized to coincide with the Linh Lang Dai Vuong Festival currently taking place in many localities nationwide, including 13 places of worship dedicated to Linh Lang Dai Vuong in Long Bien district, especially the Truong Lam Temple Festival - a festival inscribed on the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2018.
Speaking at the press conference, Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the Long Bien District People's Committee, said that the program is expected to recreate the legend of Linh Lang Dai Vuong in the most spectacular way; introduce and disseminate the traditional rituals and beliefs of the 13 Linh Lang worship sites in the district; and perform the traditional "snake shedding" dance of the Truong Lam Temple Festival, aiming to honor historical values, cultural essence, and express the people's beliefs and aspirations in life.

The theme "Linh Lang - Sacred Spirit Convergence - Long Bien Shines Brightly" contains a profound message connecting the past, present, and future, affirming the spiritual strength and breakthrough development efforts in the new era, expressing pride in a land rich in cultural traditions, always moving forward with patriotism and aspirations for progress.
To highlight this theme, the art program "Linh Lang - Sacred Spirit Convergence - Long Bien Shines Brightly" is presented in a semi-realistic format combined with 3D mapping technology. There, the blend of folk music , modern music, and lighting technology will represent the continuous flow of history through various periods.
