Listen, share and accompany children
Compared to previous years, the children's forum at all levels taking place in June - July 6 has many innovations, clearly showing the goodwill of adults in creating conditions for children to speak their minds. Along with choosing to meet typical obedient and good students as usual, some localities have held dialogues with "not good" children.
Voices of children's hearts
Regardless of the expectations of adults, at forums, both "good" and "not good" children boldly shared and expressed their feelings. Some children said they were tired and bored when they came to the classes of the subject teachers with a stingy and biased attitude. This feeling is shared by many other children.
In addition, the pain of being abused by actions and words at school or at home, from their loved ones, making them unable to resist, so persistently smoldering.
Many children expressed questions about whether teachers and parents still use the concept of "love for the whip to leap" to justify their hot-tempered, grumpy nature, violent actions, and view children as a place to vent their frustrations and frustrations. Even forcing young and immature children to bear things that grown-ups themselves, who have experienced life cannot overcome by themselves...
At the provincial Children's Forum organized by the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs in collaboration with the Provincial Youth Union on July 12.7, most children hope that all levels will soon introduce swimming and enhance content to help them protect themselves online in school. The children hope to have more playgrounds to have fun after school, to show them how to identify the risk of abuse, to expect their parents to listen to them, to be loved by their parents and teachers, to help them overcome difficulties.
Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports Huynh Thi Anh Thao advised: Children should actively open their hearts to their parents, so that they can understand you, understand your feelings before their behavior. Don't keep the warm memories in your heart, to the point of becoming an obsession. If you can't share it with your parents right away, share it with your grandparents, aunts, uncles, or trusted acquaintances.
“There have been children who told me that their parents always believed that they were right, no matter what they said, they would not listen, and just like that, children would not want to share with their parents anymore. So, along with encouraging children to open up, I also hope that parents try to spend time with the most comfortable and stable mood to listen and share with their children, and learn how to be good parents in each stage of their child's development, "said Thao.

Understanding children for effective support
During the direct dialogue session with leaders at all levels, Colonel Tran Ngoc Phuoc, Deputy Head of the Criminal Police Department (Provincial CA) was one of the delegates who received the most questions from the children. In particular, the outstanding question is the child's illegal behavior due to lack of understanding, in which case they will be prosecuted for criminal responsibility.
Colonel Phuoc informed that, according to the statistics of the provincial police, in the first 6 months of 2023, for minors, there were 118 cases of 446 children breaking the law. In particular, recently, teenagers invite each other to form gangs, use weapons to fight, steal, rob property, use, and trade in illegal drugs ... more happening.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lam Hai Giang highly appreciated the effectiveness of the Provincial Children's Forum in 2023; Especially for the first time, the Organizing Committee invited psychologists from Quy Nhon University to consult many useful things.
In the coming time, depending on the actual situation and emerging situations that need attention in society, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that agencies and units could coordinate to organize more dialogue forums, especially dialogues for children who need attention on a specialized issue. From there, the stakeholders together listen to the children's opinions, understand their thoughts, grasp their aspirations, in order to have orientation, advice and satisfactory solutions, and effectively support them to overcome difficulties in learning and life.
