- On the morning of June 2nd, Task Force No. 4, responsible for the Party Committee of the commune according to Decision No. 58-QD/TU dated November 20, 2025, of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, led by Comrade Doan Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, conducted a field survey in Thong Nhat commune.

Comrade Doan Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, and Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, conducted a survey at the headquarters of the People's Council, the Fatherland Front Committee, and the Party Committee's Inspection Committee of Thong Nhat commune.

Thong Nhat Commune was established by merging three communes: Thong Nhat, Minh Hiep, and Huu Lan. After the administrative reorganization, the offices of the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the commune are dispersed across three locations. The main office is located at the former Thong Nhat Commune People's Committee building; some departments are located at the former Nhuong Ban Commune People's Committee building, while the Culture and Social Affairs Department is currently temporarily housed at the Commune Health Station.

The commune still faces many difficulties in terms of infrastructure and socio-economic development conditions. Currently, over 67% of village roads and 45% of commune roads are not yet paved; 8 villages do not have paved roads to the center, and 7 villages have weak mobile phone signals...

Comrade Doan Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and members of the working group surveyed the facilities of Thong Nhat Commune Health Station.

During the program, the working group surveyed the offices of the Party Committee and People's Committee of the commune; economic development projects and models in the area; some rural transportation routes; village reorganization; and conducted on-site inspections of cases eligible for support in eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area.

The working group visited Suoi Vam village, Thong Nhat commune.

At the survey sites, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee directly inspected the operational situation and the progress of the implementation of tasks and programs; and exchanged views with local officials and people to understand the practical advantages, difficulties, and obstacles.

Through field surveys, the comrade acknowledged the efforts of the commune's Party committee and government in overcoming difficulties after the administrative reorganization, maintaining the smooth operation of the government apparatus, and implementing socio-economic development tasks.

The comrade suggested that the commune continue to review and reorganize its facilities, ensuring suitable working conditions for officials and civil servants; focus on mobilizing resources to invest in rural transportation infrastructure and digital infrastructure; promote the development of production models; effectively implement digital transformation; and at the same time, pay attention to improving the lives of the people, especially poor and disadvantaged households.

The delegation presented gifts to families eligible for support in eliminating temporary or dilapidated houses in Thong Nhat commune.

Regarding the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, the comrade requested the commune to continue carefully reviewing newly identified eligible individuals, ensuring that support is provided to the right people, in a transparent and open manner, contributing to improving the lives of the people.

The delegation visited the pomelo cultivation model of the people in Ban Dooc village, Thong Nhat commune.

Comrade Doan Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, presented gifts to representatives of families with successful pomelo and macadamia nut cultivation models.

The survey program aims to assess the implementation of political, economic, and social tasks at the grassroots level, promptly address difficulties and obstacles, and prepare the necessary conditions for the effective implementation of the province's policies and resolutions in the coming period.
