Specifically, for exam preparation, the Ministry of Education and Training established 10 inspection teams at 20 Departments of Education and Training (not including teams of the national steering committee) in the three regions of the North, Central and South.
Regarding the inspection and examination of exam supervision, the Ministry of Education and Training established 63 inspection teams at 63 Departments of Education and Training (not including the teams of the national steering committee). The members of the inspection team include officials, lecturers, and employees of training institutions mobilized by the Minister of Education and Training.
The Ministry of Education and Training also established 63 inspection teams at 63 Departments of Education and Training, each team of 3-5 people mobilized by the Ministry of Education and Training from the Departments of Education and Training and training institutions. Regarding the inspection and examination of enrollment in 2023, the Department of HigherEducation shall preside over and coordinate with relevant units to inspect all stages of enrollment work according to the regulations of enrollment regulations; transfer information and results showing signs of violations to the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Education and Training for handling according to regulations.

Along with that, educational institutions organize to review, repair, supplement, and replace damaged electrical equipment in classrooms; increase sun protection of classrooms at noon or in the afternoon; open windows for ventilation if the outside temperature is equal to or lower than that in the classroom.
Educational institutions should increase drinking water to ensure hygiene and safety for teachers and students in classrooms; coordinate with the electricity sector to provide adequate and timely electricity to schools...
