Le Hoang Phuong was originally a professional model.
In the early days of the Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 competition, Le Hoang Phuong (born in 1995, an architect) was predicted to win the crown. This was not a mere prediction, as she possessed the most perfect figure, skillful catwalk abilities, and practical experience from many other beauty pageants. Therefore, Le Hoang Phuong's victory did not surprise the audience.
However, surprisingly, there were also opinions suggesting that "Le Hoang Phuong is quite old and her foreign language skills are not good, and that is not the 'taste' of the organizing unit in the past." Nevertheless, she won, quite convincingly. Le Hoang Phuong is a professional model with ideal body measurements: 1.76 m tall, with bust-waist-hips of 87-63-95 cm.
Le Hoang Phuong also has extensive experience in competitions and performances, and is a familiar face on the runways. The beauty queen reached the top 5 of Miss Universe Vietnam 2022. In 2019, she also competed in Miss Universe Vietnam and made it to the top 10.
Regarding the question in the Q&A section: "In your opinion, what does a child need while growing up and developing within their family?"
The beauty queen from Khanh Hoa shared: "For me, children are a reflection of their parents. The behavior of parents will be shown by the next generation. Sadly, there is a reality today where some parents don't hesitate to make negative comments about children who are the same age as their own. This is a big problem that we need to address. We must think about what it would be like if those children were our own? More importantly, what if our children hurt others? For a child to develop best, adults must build a civilized, healthy, understanding, disciplined, and ethical society."
She also participated in many beauty contests.
Le Hoang Phuong said she competed in the beauty pageant for the third time because she wanted the values and efforts of a young woman to be recognized. "It's the image of a young woman who has overcome prejudice, pressure, and failure. I hope to combine the values of beauty and knowledge with other contestants to spread the message of peace through the competition and inspire the community. I hope to touch the crown and believe that my efforts will be recognized," she said.
A girl who's a familiar face.
Hoang Phuong said she chose architecture and modeling because she has a talent and passion for art. Both jobs give her the opportunity to broaden her worldview , meet "wonderful" people, and cultivate a progressive spirit and a strong will to succeed in life.
She said, "I believe everyone has passion, but willpower and discipline are what make me different. I have overcome many difficulties and prejudices to get to where I am today. I believe passion gives us motivation, but discipline is what leads us to our ultimate goal."
Le Hoang Phuong's victory was not surprising at all.
Miss Le Hoang Phuong will have over a month to prepare for the Miss Grand International competition, which will be held this coming October.
