Thanks to the Inverter Direct Drive motor, the new generation of washer-dryers operates smoothly and durably with a warranty of up to 10 years. Users can also easily control and select washing and drying programs through the LG ThinQ smart app. The app also provides useful information such as energy consumption, checks the number of washing and drying cycles, reminds you to clean the drum, and offers intelligent error diagnosis and suggests appropriate solutions.
LG's new range of laundry products is positioned as "sustainable" solutions for the future. The washing and drying products are equipped with a Minimize Microplastics washing cycle. This optimizes drum movements to minimize friction, protecting fabrics and reducing microplastic emissions by 60% compared to conventional washing cycles.
This product line boasts significant energy savings, consuming up to 40% less energy than the minimum required for A-grade certification in the European market. This positive result stems from improvements in motor efficiency and algorithm refinements. The control panel on the new generation of washer-dryers has been replaced with a rotary knob featuring an LCD screen. This not only reduces the number of electronic components but also eliminates some chrome plating, minimizing environmental impact and user health risks.
