Long An has another urban area project worth more than 3,800 billion VND

The An Huy urban area project with a scale of 120 hectares and a total investment of 3,800 billion VND has just started construction in Duc Hoa, Long An.

An Huy urban area project is located in My Hanh Bac commune, Duc Hoa district, and was approved for investment by Long An province in early 2024.

Of which, phase 1 of the project has an area of 60 hectares, including 2,250 land products, townhouses, villas, shophouses... has just started construction.

Thus, after the Hau Nghia new urban area project of Vingroup Corporation, this is the next large-scale project in Long An to start construction this year. The investor of this project is An Huy Group, a long-standing real estate enterprise operating in the North, with many projects such as An Huy Bac Ninh urban area (16.4ha), An Huy Bac Giang urban area (60ha)...

An Huy urban area is the first key project in the group's Southward expansion plan in Long An and the Southern region.

Long An is one of the neighboring localities of Ho Chi Minh City with strong urban and real estate development, attracting many large investors in recent years.

In 2024, Long An province's economic scale will be more than 188,000 billion VND, ranking 13th in the country.

The province has also attracted foreign direct investment projects worth 14.3 billion USD, with more than 1,500 projects from investors from 40 countries around the world, making it one of the top 10 localities attracting FDI in the country. In recent times, Long An has continuously attracted the attention of real estate "giants".

Recently, Vingroup has also started the Hau Nghia new urban area project in Duc Hoa district with a total capital of about 1 billion USD. Previously, this enterprise aimed at the Phuoc Vinh Tay new urban area project with a total capital of more than 3 billion USD in Can Giuoc district and the Tan My urban area in Duc Hoa.

In addition, other real estate "giants" such as BIM Group, Phu My Hung, Ecopark... are also researching and investing in resort projects, urban areas, and renewable energy in this province.
