"Fragrant rice - Clean shrimp" spreads throughout the OCOP (One Commune One Product) space.

With the slogan "Fragrant Rice - Clean Shrimp - Deeply rooted in the Mekong Delta," the exhibition area brings together approximately 130 booths, focusing on honoring sustainable farming models such as rice-shrimp farming, rice-fish farming, and low-emission rice farming. This is not only a place to visit but also hosts various activities such as a delicious rice competition, workshops connecting consumers, and promoting high-quality rice varieties.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai (third from the right), along with current and former leaders of central and provincial departments and agencies, visited the exhibition booth showcasing the fragrant rice and clean shrimp farming model of the Ca Mau Department of Agriculture and Environment.

Among them, Phu Long Cooperative, Vinh Phuoc commune, brought ST25 rice from the Vinh Phuoc growing region to the Week of Products. This rice is grown in a rice-shrimp farming area; after harvesting, the cooperative brings it to the factory for processing, without polishing, resulting in 100% clean rice that is packaged and delivered to consumers. Participating in the Week also gave Phu Long Cooperative the opportunity to exchange and learn from many other units to improve the quality and value of its products.
