Determined to ensure that no policy beneficiary suffers disadvantages in life, the Provincial Military Command has focused on effectively resolving the entitlements for those who have rendered meritorious service to the revolution over the years. Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Thuyet, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, affirmed: Paying attention to and caring for the welfare and policies for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution is a major policy of the Party and State, regularly implemented by the provincial armed forces. The gratitude activities of the officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces have partly compensated for the great sacrifices and losses of wounded and sick soldiers and families of those who have rendered meritorious services; helping them to have more motivation to rise up in life. Through this, the solidarity between the military and the people is further strengthened; contributing to building a more solid foundation of people's support. In particular, the "Paying gratitude" work is also an effective measure to educate and cultivate the glorious traditions of the nation and the army, so that officers and soldiers can improve their revolutionary qualities and ethics, consolidate their faith, and strive to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
