Expedite the construction of the riverside road.

In early June, the sunny weather was favorable for contractors to construct the riverside road (the section from Provincial Road 338 to the Dong Trieu area). Across the 40km construction site, hundreds of engineers, workers, and machinery were mobilized to the maximum extent, continuously working on bridge, roadbed, culvert, and soil stabilization projects, determined to complete the project according to schedule.

The riverside road is 40.25km long, designed with 6 lanes and 2 parallel routes. Along the route, there are 13 river bridges, 10 at-grade intersections, and 3 pedestrian underpasses, with a total investment of nearly 6,400 billion VND. To date, many important components of the project have been completed.

Taking advantage of the favorable weather in early June, the contractor is focusing on completing the box culvert and drainage system along the route.

The contractor continues to address the weak soil foundation and the bridge approach locations.

In areas where the roadbed quality has been ensured, the contractor is accelerating the construction of the crushed stone base layer for the road surface.

To ensure the project progresses according to schedule, construction materials have been gathered at the construction site.

At the Uong River bridge construction site, multiple construction teams are working simultaneously to accelerate the progress of the bridge and the approach roads at both ends.

The final section of the route has been connected to the provincial gateway area, creating a comprehensive and synchronized transportation system. The road is expected to be a significant driving force for the development of the western region of the province.
