1kg fresh peaches, 100g white granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon salt.

Peel, wash, and cut the peaches into small pieces. Then, puree the peaches using a blender.

Making
Peel and wash the peaches, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Soak the peaches in salt water for about 10 minutes, then drain. Next, soak the peaches in 500g of sugar and lemon juice for 2 hours.
Put the remaining sugar back on the stove and add a little filtered water. Once the sugar syrup boils, add the preserved peaches.

The finished product is a chewy, sweet and sour peach jam.
Simmer until the sugar thickens and reduces, then turn off the heat. Dry the peaches in the sun for one day, then store in a jar. The finished product is chewy, fragrant dried peach jam, very delicious.
How to preserve peach jam
