In recent days, many localities, organizations, units, businesses, and the entire community have shown their solidarity with the flood-affected people with all their hearts...
On the roads leading to the communes and wards in the eastern part of Dak Lak , lines of vehicles carrying food, blankets, medicine, and other supplies stretched endlessly. These vehicles not only carried heavy loads of goods but also embodied the heartfelt compassion and solidarity of people across the country towards the flood-stricken areas.
Besides the trucks loaded with goods, there were also trucks carrying volunteers to support the flood-affected people. This was a truck from the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union with 55 people – lecturers, doctors, pharmacists, nurses, youth union members, and students from Tay Nguyen University, Dak Lak Medical College, Buon Ma Thuot Ward Youth Union, and Thanh Nhat Ward Youth Union – participating in supporting the flood-affected people in the East by transporting essential supplies and cleaning the environment, with the spirit of "Where there is a need, the youth are there; where there is difficulty, the youth are there."

Or consider the convoys from the Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) carrying over 250 officials, engineers, and workers from the rapid response teams of four power companies in Quang Tri, Quang Ngai, Hue City, and Da Nang , along with the EVNCPC forward command post, to reinforce support in handling power outages. Previously, Dak Lak Power Company also deployed over 300 officials, engineers, and workers from the western region to support the flooded areas in the eastern region...
The images of teams and volunteers braving difficulties, overcoming landslides and flooded roads to deliver people and supplies to flooded communes and wards, are not only acts of support but also a confirmation that the people are not alone in this time of hardship.
Amidst the pain and loss, every act of support at this time is precious, igniting a spirit of solidarity and sharing.
Mr. Nguyen Dang Hau, representative of the Hue Rice ATM volunteer group, shared: "We understand the hardships and shortages faced by the people, so we called on everyone to join hands and contribute to support them. On November 22nd, we brought many supplies along with rice, milk, noodles, dried food... After traveling through the night for 18 hours, by the morning of the 23rd, the team arrived and immediately started setting up the 'Zero-Cost Meal Kitchen' at the Farmer Community Hotel in Binh Kien ward. The team cooked nearly 4,500 meals to support people in several communes and functional forces on duty..."
Phuoc Giang village in Hoa Xuan commune, with nearly 120 households and over 440 residents, was completely isolated during the recent heavy rains and floods. Upon receiving the information, two volunteer teams, Team Bang Toc and Team SOS Ha Tinh, brought two rubber rescue boats and new clothing to the isolated area. Furthermore, due to the floods and power outages, these volunteer teams brought power banks to help residents charge their phones so they could stay in contact with family and authorities.

Mr. Tran Van Nho (Phuoc Giang village, Hoa Xuan commune) said emotionally: "For several days, the power was out, and my phone battery died, making it impossible to contact my family members who live far away. Fortunately, the volunteer teams brought mobile phone charging stations, so I and my neighbors were able to contact our relatives and the rescue forces."
Also on the morning of November 23rd, the Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Dak Lak province, in coordination with the Provincial Business Association, Phu Yen Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company, and other businesses and units from outside the province, presented gifts to support medical units affected by the floods. The delegation donated 10,000 bottles of drinking water to Phu Yen General Hospital and Dak Lak Provincial Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital to promptly supplement water supplies for medical examinations, treatment, and patient care. Mr. Nguyen Tan Thuan, Deputy General Director of Phu Yen Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Business Association, said that the unit is also responsible for receiving and distributing essential goods contributed by businesses in the western region to households severely affected by the floods. Support activities are continuing to be implemented, contributing to helping people stabilize their lives and recover after the floods.
The outpouring of love continues, empowering our compatriots in the flood-affected areas to overcome difficulties and quickly stabilize their lives.
