More than 60 days passed, when the couple realized there was no hope of finding their pet cat, a miracle happened.
The story happened in early June 2024 but is still being talked about by many people. Accordingly, Benny and Susanne Anguiano, living in Salinas, California, USA, brought their pet cat Rayne Beau to camp in Yellowstone National Park. According to Google Maps, Yellowstone Park is located more than 1,649km from Salinas.
However, an incident occurred that frightened Rayne Beau and caused him to run away into the deep forest. Despite searching for many days, Benny and Susanne still could not find any trace of the cat. In the end, they had to accept leaving without their pet cat by their side.
More than 60 days passed, when the couple realized there was no more hope, then a miracle happened.
It was a day in August when Susanne received a surprise phone call from an animal welfare group. They said they had found the cat in Roseville, about 800 miles from Yellowstone.

According to the representative, a woman found Rayne Beau wandering the streets and took her to safety. Thanks to the cat's microchip, they were able to contact Susanne, CNN reported.
The cat was found in a state of declining health. Before going missing, the animal weighed about 6.3kg, but when found, it weighed only 3.6kg.
The cat's owner had previously implanted a tracking chip in the cat's body. Unexpectedly, the device worked.
On the day of reunion with her owner, Rayne Beau the cat had a big meal and a good night's sleep. Meanwhile, how the cat traveled 1,287km from Yellowstone to Roseville, California remains a mystery.
