According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, due to the influence of a cold front compressing a low-pressure trough, the Northern region, Thanh Hoa, and Nghe An will experience scattered rain and showers, with some areas experiencing moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms. Rain will gradually decrease from the morning of March 10th.

In Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang , and eastern Quang Ngai provinces, scattered thunderstorms began to appear from early this morning, with localized moderate to heavy rain. The 24-hour rainfall amount was generally 20-40mm, with some areas exceeding 70mm.

Forecasts indicate that from March 10-15, the area from Ha Tinh to eastern Quang Ngai will continue to experience cloudy weather with scattered thunderstorms, and locally heavy rain. Around March 16, the weather will shift to less rain and sunny days.
