According to tourism service providers, May, June, and July are peak seasons for team building activities. On average, each organizer can serve 25 to 30 groups per month, with each group consisting of at least 30 people, and sometimes up to 1,000 people. To meet the needs of tourists, organizers must constantly change their methods to create innovative, fresh, and engaging experiences for participants. In particular, it is essential to ensure the team building culture – a culture that fosters strength and leads to success.

Accordingly, during the summer like now, most tourist groups from the North and some provinces and cities nationwide choose locations such as Sam Son, Hai Tien, Hai Hoa, Quang Thai, Pu Luong... as destinations to organize team building. With the increasingly high demands of tourists for this type of activity, event organizers must constantly update new and attractive team building trends to increase connection. And "Going Together with Teams" is one of the "hot" games this year.”

Commenting on the development of team building tourism, several travel agencies in the province believe that this type of tourism is gradually becoming a solution for organizations and businesses wishing to enhance a sense of responsibility and collective cohesion, thereby contributing to work efficiency. Especially during the summer, when events such as alumni reunions, class gatherings, and group business activities are organized, team building is a top choice for these activities.

To effectively manage this tourism activity, in Sam Son City, before organizing team-building activities on the beach, event organizers, in addition to submitting their business registration certificate, must submit an application to the Sam Son City People's Committee. This application must clearly state the location and content of the activity. The Sam Son City People's Committee will approve the application on the same day, and the organizer will not have to pay any fees. This is considered a basis for strictly managing recreational activities in the tourist area and for handling violations when errors occur.

It can be said that, within the tourism supply chain, team building is currently a highly sought-after product during the summer, a package that adds value for tourists. Summer is still long, and Thanh Hoa has many attractive destinations welcoming tourists to participate in team building activities. This is also seen as one of the efforts of tourism areas, destinations, and service businesses in the province to provide tourists with beautiful experiences and impressions of Thanh Hoa tourism.
