This international river tour, featuring "Cultural Heritage Tourism - Experiencing Traditional Craft Villages," introduces domestic and international tourists to the unique cultural beauty of the ancestral land of Phu Tho. With a route through Bach Hac - Hung Lo - Gia Thanh, visitors have the opportunity to admire and explore the ancient charm of a village over 300 years old, enjoy and directly experience Xoan singing, and learn about the production processes of traditional crafts such as: hat making, vermicelli, rice noodles, rice paper, and sticky rice cakes... These experiences leave a deep impression of the natural landscape, culture, and hospitality of the people of Phu Tho .

With the advantage of natural hot springs and a system of tangible and intangible cultural heritage such as Lang Suong Temple, Dao Xa communal house, Tu Vu Victory Monument and traditional festivals, Thanh Thuy district is effectively exploiting its tourism resources to develop eco-tourism combined with cultural and spiritual tourism, community tourism and educational tourism.

Ecotourism and resort areas combining hot spring bathing, such as the 5-star Wyndham Lynntimes Thanh Thuy luxury resort complex, Dao Ngoc Xanh, Thanh Thuy Resort, Bamboo Resort, Tre Nguon Resort, Thanh Lam Resort, Vuon Vua Resort & Villas, etc., have launched many attractive tourism products, anticipating the trend of health and wellness tourism.

These locations are gradually establishing their brand with lush green spaces and high-quality services. Here, visitors can immerse themselves in natural hot mineral water infused with precious medicinal herbs, experience dry sauna services, hot mineral baths, visit the marina, the "love road," and the four-season flower garden...

Tan Son District boasts advantages in ecotourism and community-based tourism with prominent destinations such as Xuan Son National Park and Long Coc tea hills. The winding tea hills, shrouded in early morning mist, create a picturesque landscape, attracting numerous domestic and international tourists and photographers. At Xuan Son National Park, visitors can learn about the life and customs of the Muong and Dao ethnic groups in Coi and Du villages; participate in stream fishing, brocade weaving, preparing traditional dishes, and exploring magnificent caves with unique stalactite formations.

Tran Hong Ha, a photography enthusiast from Thai Binh, shared: "When I saw the photos taken at Long Coc tea hills, I longed to witness and capture the sunrise over the tea hills myself. However, not everyone who visits for the first time can capture such a beautiful moment. My friends and I will return to Long Coc many times to get the best photos."

In recent years, Phu Tho province has promoted the development of "Returning to the Roots" school tourism tours to educate young people about the tradition of "Drinking water, remembering the source," fostering national pride and love for their homeland. Historical sites in the province have become familiar destinations for school tourism tours organized by many travel companies, attracting students from provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Hai Duong.

According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoa, Director of the Phu Tho Tourism Promotion Information Center, during the Hung Kings Commemoration Day and the Ancestral Land Culture and Tourism Week in 2025, from April 3-7 (corresponding to March 6-10 in the lunar calendar), the program "Colorful Tourism of the Ancestral Land - Phu Tho 2025" will take place at the stage area of Van Lang Park.

"This activity aims to promote and introduce the tourism image and distinctive products of Phu Tho and the localities involved in tourism development, with a check-in space, Phu Tho tourism product experiences, culinary demonstrations, and cultural exchanges. This is also an opportunity for tourism businesses, OCOP products, and handicraft products to introduce themselves to tourists, creating a media effect and attracting tourists to visit Viet Tri City and other attractive tourist destinations in the province," Mr. Hoa said.

On this occasion, Phu Tho province will launch the tourism stimulus program "Phu Tho - Travel to Love," and the Phu Tho Tourism Association will improve service quality to affirm Phu Tho as a destination of origin with diverse and colorful tourism experiences.
